About Me
Katie Huelsebusch (pronounced “hill-za-bush”) brings a unique combination of legal, professional, and personal experience to her coaching practice. A St. Louis native, Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics in Washington, D.C., followed by a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University. She practiced law as a defense litigator for 15 years before transitioning to the insurance claims industry in 2021.
Katie’s introduction to coaching began when she became a coachee herself. During the COVID-19 lockdown, Katie discovered that she had ADHD and sought out a coach to help her navigate the professional and personal challenges it presented. The coaching experience was so transformative that it inspired Katie to become a coach. She completed The Art and Science of Coaching through Erickson Coaching International as part of an international cohort.
As a full-time professional, spouse, and mother, Katie understands firsthand the unique pressures facing working parents and caregivers. While she has a special affinity for coaching women lawyers with ADHD, Katie works with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them navigate complex personal and professional challenges and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
